Maintenance is really important for your professional lighting system to operate at its optimum capability.
Here’s what I bring with me for the maintenance task.
I take the fixture apart and clean out the inside, replace the lamp, clean the lens, clean the housing. If the fixture needs to be repositioned due to plant growth, I do it. If it needs to be raised on a stem, I do it.

Nightscaping – Rebuilding some special fixtures
0A couple in Dallas have had special lighting in their tree beside their patio for many years. The fixtures are special to them – they were bought on their anniversary and the husband installed them himself. Over the years, he’s changed light bulbs and tried to keep them going for his wife. Sadly, years have gone by without professional maintenance, and the tree has engulfed the wire, the squirrels have eaten it, and the sockets of the fixtures have cracked and broken out. I’m going to re-build them.

What do we do? We’ll clean and aim your fixtures, remove calcium and chemical deposits from the lenses, and re-lamp with new light bulbs – all or some – as you wish! We’ll check voltages and ampere readings, make necessary adjustments to your transformer for perfect voltage to every fixture, and we’ll adjust your timer and controllers. Want to make changes or add fixtures? We can do that too!

But I think I enjoy keeping the systems maintained almost as much as seeing the new fixtures going in.
